I want to talk with you about how
olive oil is great for your hair I personally use it myself and I've tried many
different brands um show you a couple that I have I have this Walmart brand my centers
olive oil um you can see about how much I've used of that and I've had this for
a little while now so not too much of this um and it kind of seems a little
different from the own other ones I think I have a life I will tell you or something
like that that just has different consistency although both are oils of course
you know breezy um that one maybe is weaker who knows and then I have this one
and this one that I've just purchased that I've been using and um you know like
I said I this is even thicker seems than this I mean there's honey hey it's great
value so I spit that from it but I'm just going to share with you a few things
that olive oil does for your hair it works great with my hair and it is for all
hair types okay so the first thing is it helps with tendrá now when you have
dandruff your scalp is dry is flaky so if you would just take some olive oil
and put it on your scalp and massage it in olive oil is a natural moisturizer
so now who does it butcher on the hair it moisturizes the scalp so just Sasha
olive oil in on the scalp and after a while the appearance of those flakes will
just kind of fade away now once you do have the flakes at a point to where
you're not able to see them anymore they're not you know kind of popping up
it's often as they used to you still want to make sure that you at least do the
olive oil massage on your scalp once or twice a week that way you can have it
under control also - olive oil helps with the fizziness in your hair a lot of
times when I do lay twist out I will for mine I will use olive oil and Don love
olive oil on my tips of my fingers and you will see in the cup my Website where
I'm rubbing some type of oil on my hands and I'm stepper and I'm putting it on
the twist or I'm just simply separating the twist with all of my tips and that
really helps me to UM tone down that frizz now I always have fries I've always
had friends but I have less fries whenever I put some olive oil on my fingers
to unravel my twists that I do and in the wintertime it is great to work on the
ends of your hair works out great great very great so it is cold now is a good
time to get you some olive oil and put it on the ends of your hair to tame it
right so another thing is it adds shine to your hair shiny hair and healthy
hair we have two here will shine and so olive oil will help you do that you can
use olive oil as a conditioner I put it in my conditioning mix it's a lot of
times I would do like the olive oil honey and um add some other things in there
and I use it as a deep conditioner on my hair and also you can just do the olive
oil by itself just warm it up give the olive oil a lot of times I don't do olive
oil by itself I mix it with something um it is not with a lot of different
things like a banana and avocado and all of that then I will just simply do
olive oil and honey I'm a wish honey helps me to retain moisture and moisture
is something that I always have an issue with so anything to help that is what
I want to do so I always do olive oil and honey if I'm not putting a lot more
stuff into it so that helps you with that to have shine and beautiful hair we
all want shine right it also softens the hair a lot of the time when it comes
to my hair personally it is kind of when this dries brittle and you can't
really go through there and break it or part it with your fingers or even hair
combing hair is dry like that so when you're using olive oil it helps to
recommend it better and of course when you're natural um you want to have water
on it anyway or something to help you to be able to maneuver through the hair
and that's breaking now my hair does shed so shedding is different you know but
you're going through your hair and your hair and a bunch of you know all this
kind stuff then you need to like do something okay you need to wet it um
whatever you need to do because that is only going to damage your hair so me
personally I whip my hair and usually when I'm applying olive oil my hair is
wet anyway and when I'm doing the olive oil I also prefer to do it warm not
cold it just feels so much better to put that warm on my hair so it makes
easier to manage its soften see hair it reduces the frizz and it helps with
dandruff I think I got the deal a bit that is something I will definitely keep
in my regimen and I want to share that with you you can find it in your grocery
stores I don't think it matters which olive oil you choose like I just showed you
I have a great value and I also have one that was I believe this other on this
one I remember the price look I don't remember the price of it but um I know
some people they like to use the finest of the finest when they're putting
things on their hair or mixing up their shea butters and things like that and
so I do have a generic one and I do have the finest of the finest um and I
really don't recognize any type of difference and probably mainly because when
I'm mixing the finest of the finest into my mixture can't tell if that's the
actual olive oil helping me or everything in it in the mixture so it's kind of
like I can't just never down to oh it was the fancy olive oil so um I can't sit
here and tell you one works better than the other I have all ranges of it
generic expensive and I use them all so that is olive oil and hair.
